F18-Plus Nucleophilic Fluorination System
The F18-Plus Synthesis System is a versatile PET chemistry system that uses a combination of 2 modules (FDG-Plus and ReFORM-Plus), and an HPLC interface. It is designed to provide a flexible Chemistry System that uses disposable hardware kits to produce F-18 FDG and other fluorinated compounds, such as F-18 FLT, F-18 F-MISO, F-18 F-Choline, F-18 Fallypride, etc.
The two modules together have 10 disposable 3-way valves and two reactors, which offer radiochemists a number of options for custom F-18 chemistry development. And the F18-Plus’ flexible-flow configurations, additional valves, and other I/O ports - via an external transfer module - provide even greater flexibility for complex sequences.
