ReFORM-Plus - Product Reformulation
The ReFORM-Plus module provides a quick & reliable way to produce sterile doses in saline from HPLC-purified C-11 and F-18-labeled compounds.
ReFORM-Plus is designed for ease-of-use in a research environment yet provides all of the required documentation & tracking to meet cGMP requirements.
This compact module reduces hot cell space requirements, and can be operated either as a stand-alone unit or integrated with Bioscan’s F18-Plus automated PET chemistry system.
Furthermore, ReFORM-Plus uses disposable, sterile kits to insure product purity and to prevent cross-contamination. For research applications, the same hardware kit can be used or use a new kit for clinical and cGMP environments.
The module contains radioactivity detectors, and utilizes valve systems to monitor & divert the labeled compound based on a pre-determined method, or under manual control.
The system also uses the latest-generation graphical user interface to display & record all relevant data, as well as to show the entire chemistry process in real-time.
