From the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) / City Center
By public transportation:
- Take the S-Bahn (suburban train) from the Hauptbahnhof one stop to Friedrichstraße station. From Friedrichstraße station, take suburban train S2 towards Bernau or Buch and get off at Buch. From Buch station, take bus 353 towards Campus Buch to the terminus. (Journey time ca. 45 minutes)

By taxi:
- A taxi ride from the city center to Berlin-Buch takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 40 euros.
From BER Airport
By public transportation:
- There is a choice of S-Bahn (suburban train) or Regional Express lines to Friedrichstraße station. Then take suburban train S2 towards Bernau or Buch and get off at Buch. From Buch station, take bus 353 towards Campus Buch to the terminus. (Journey time ca. 100 minutes.) Alternatively:
- Take the Regional Express RE7 to S-Bahn Ostkreuz, than the S8 to Blankenburg. From Blankenburg station, take bus 150 towards Buch to the Theodor-Brugsch-Straße stop. Then it is a short walk away (journey time ca. 90 minutes).

By taxi:
- A taxi ride from BER Airport to Berlin-Buch takes about 60 minutes and costs approximately 80 euros.
By car
- Take expressway A11/A10 to the Schwanebeck interchange ("Autobahndreieck Schwanebeck")
- Take expressway A114 to the Pankow interchange
