Eckert & Ziegler to Exercise it's Option for Stock Buy Back Program

Berlin, 19.02.2003. The Board of Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und Medizintechnik AG has decided to take advantage of it's authorization for a stock buy back program in the near future. The stock buy back program was authorized by the shareholders at the last annual shareholders meeting. It will be realized on the stock market in accordance with the conditions defined in the authorization. These conditions are published in the agenda of the annual shareholders meeting under item 6b.
