Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und Medizintechnik AG / Key word(s): Share Buyback Eckert & Ziegler: Defining the parameters of the public share buyback offer Berlin, April 27, 2018 - As already published in an ad hoc announcement, the Executive Board of Eckert & Ziegler AG decided on April 16, 2018 to launch a public share buyback offer to acquire up to 125,000 own shares. With the resolution of April 27, 2018, the Executive Board has now defined the other parameters of the public share buyback offer. The offer period starts on May 3, 2018 and ends on May 17, 2018, 24:00 (CEST). During this period, the Eckert & Ziegler shareholders of the Company may offer their shares at a purchase price (not including any ancillary purchasing costs) of EUR 38.00 per no-par bearer share of Eckert & Ziegler AG. This offer price corresponds to a premium of 10.1 % on the closing price in XETRA trading on April 27, 2018. If more than 125,000 shares are submitted for repurchase under the offer, the acceptance declarations will be taken into consideration proportional to the ratio of 125,000 shares to the total number of shares submitted by the shareholders for repurchase.
