The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Eckert & Ziegler (ISIN DE0005659700) have decided on the yesterday's Supervisory Board meeting to recommend a dividend payment of 0.25 EUR per share to the shareholder meeting on 31 May 2005. The amount corresponds to about a third of the Earnings from Continuing Operations (0.74 EUR per share). Total Earnings for 2005 (including discontinued operations) are 1.09 EUR per share. Further details will be published at the annual press conference on 30 March in Berlin.
