On June 26, 2024 the Annual General Meeting elected Mazars GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Berlin, as the auditor of the Annual Financial Statements and as the auditor of the Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2024 financial year.
